Here we go again, another edition of products I've used up recently!
This edition is rather basic but I like keeping track of things to I figured it would be good to post this:
1. Vichy Eau Thermale Micellar Solution
I bought this because it was $20 for 500mL at Shoppers Drug Mart as opposed to Bioderma which was $22 for 250mL and I was hoping it would deliver. While it was great at removing face and lip makeup it just did not cut it at removing eye makeup. I don't even use waterproof eye products yet I still had a hard time with this. It does eventually remove all the eye makeup but with a lot of persistent rubbing - which is never good to do on the gentle skin around the eyes. Back to Bioderma for me!
2. Lacoste Touch of Sun eau de toilette
This was limited edition and I had it for ages - I bought it in 2006 when I went to Germany for the World Cup so it will always remind me of that time. I don't think they make this anymore but it was a beautiful, light, fresh summer scent. It was clean with a bit of sweetness at the same time.
3. Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser
My favourite cleanser! You already know this, though :) I already bought a back-up of it since I can't be without it.
Did you use up any products this week?

Ooh I love posts like this... I can't wait to use some things up so I can make my own, haha =)

ReplyDeleteI'm obsessed with the Boscia MakeUp BreakUp Cleansing Oil for makeup removal. It is great at removing face and eye makeup with very little effort.

ReplyDeleteI used up a few products this week. I used up my Cetaphil, a St. Ives Apricot scrub, and my Nivea Kiss of Moisture lip balm. That last one just didn't want to go as it took me forever to use it up.
ReplyDeleteYou inspired me to stop being wasteful and I'm on a miss to use up all my stuff :) I used up Boots Rosewater and glycerin toner- it's a tip from my glamourous granny!
