Bouncy Blowout & Makeup Look with Revlon

Happy Friday!

Here's another look that I created using some of the same makeup products I mentioned a couple of weeks ago - something easier and super quick, which is what I prefer in the summer time.

For the eyes, again the product I used is the Revlon Colorstay Smoky Shadow Stick in the shade Flare. I still have a giveaway open so if would like to enter to win one, make sure to comment on this post with your e-mail address to be entered to win :)
It's a nice product, easy to work with and dries to a powdery finish. The colour is long lasting and the quality is on par with the more expensive Urban Decay shadow pencils (I actually think the Revlon ones are much easier to work with!)

I added a touch of black pencil liner close to the lashline because I don't feel complete without black liner but you can feel free to bypass this step.

For mascara I am using Revlon PhotoReady 3D Volume mascara again, which I have been using for a while now and the tube is still going strong. It's a mascara that I reach for on the days when I want lashes to look more defined yet still voluminous. Sometimes I'm into thick clumpy dramatic lashes but the Revlon PhotoReady 3D Volume mascara will make you very happy if you seek separation and volume since this mascara does not get clumpy on me at all. It also doesn't transfer, which is nice. It reminded me of Benefit They're Real mascara due to the wand, so if you are a fan of that mascara, give the Revlon a shot.

Last but not least, I'm still singing praises to the Kissable Balm Stain in "Charm". It's shaping up to be my favourite lip product of the summer and tomorrow I shall embark on a search at various drug stores in my area to try and see if they're released in Canada yet - some ladies in Vancouver have spotted them at Superstore so hopefully I will get lucky here in Ontario so I can check out some other colours! Follow me on Twitter if you'd like to know how the search goes. Charm is a gorgeous pale peach shade.

I hope you all had a great week and expect a slew of blog posts coming up in the next few days. I've been slacking.
