Earring Love (Kenneth Jay Lane)

I have had these earrings for a couple of months now and just had to share the love. They are pretty much all I have been wearing since I made the purchase and I almost always get compliments on them.
After a couple of failed attempts at Swarovski studded earrings (some turned my ears green, some lost crystals after mere weeks of wear) I made a rather impulse buy on Shopbop when I saw these babies:

They are by Kenneth Jay Lane, and they are the most beautiful and shiny CZ stud earrings. They are comfortable, timeless, and the posts don't irritate my ears even after wearing them for days on end.

They are quite large and I love the way the delicate setting of smaller stones enhances the center stone.

What can I say? I am a happy camper. If you love them as much as I do, you can find them here (they arrived in 2 days and customs charges weren't too painful).

I am now off to read about the KStew - RPatz celebrity drama.

Hope you're having a great day :)

  1. so pretty! I think my piercings grew in :( I need to figure out how to put earrings back in or get them repierced!

  2. Those earring are amazing!!!!! <3 love em' <3

  3. Lorriane has the same on her website but with lower prize tag and I was eyeing them for a while, now I know they are 'Sandra approved', so I can get them peacefully lol

    1. I think the ones on Lorraine's site are by Sonya Renee but they are lovely nonetheless :)

  4. Those totally remind me of my Amazing Studs by Sonya Renee - I saw them in Lorraine's videos and bought them from her shop - I wear them daily and they are as sparkly and new as ever (one year later!)

  5. they're so nice<3 I love simple earrings like these;;)

  6. Aaaand I just totally bought these. I hold you responsible Sandra! :)
(They're totally going to be one of my favourite and most worn earrings)

  7. these are stunning! I've been wearing studs for the past few months constantly. these look like a nice change from my every day ones. I will have to check these out. the fact that they haven't infected your ears is another great reason for me to purchase some for myself since I sometimes have pretty sensitive ears when it comes to earings. thanks for the info! xo. gigi. food and beauty blogger @

  8. I need more studs in my life -- I have about 2 pairs because in high school, I had a huge chandelier earring phase and wouldn't even look at anything else. Time to get on the bandwagon!

  9. thhey are so pretty and feminine! xx

  10. These are identical to my wedding ring design! Must.have!!

  11. These are gorgeous! So glam yet very understated too :)

  13. Hi sandra, I follow you at youtube and here. I want to get the same ear rings but wanted to make sure that you are still happy with it. It is a classic piece too.

    Have nice day

  14. Gorgeous earrings! Just an FYI, i also bought the Swarovski stud and the crystal fell out. I returned them to the store and found out they had a guarantee on them. The same thing happened to the second pair and I returned them again and got a brand new pair. I think it might be worth it for you to try the same thing! :)

  15. The adorable stuffs are itself a beauty within. CZ works add a different flavor to the designs and the Customs very well knows that they are simply affordable by every individual to wear a happy smile cost-free in today’s world.

  17. Very nice, love simplicity, the shiny is great. Wonderful jewelry idea. Seems like they'd be fairly inexpensive to make, think two teenage grand daughters would love these. Next time I'm in craft store I'll be looking out for the supplies. Great post
. Glad you had a good break, you deserve it. Sometimes other things like your family, friends deserve to come first before your blog.
