On my face today... (Get Ready With Me)

Here's a peek at the current state of my makeup bag and what products have been under heavy rotation as of late:

I can't say enough good things about the new Clarins Mineral eyeshadows - they are so easy to work with and are a dream to work with and blend. I have my eye on a few more shades :)

As for the YSL Touche Eclat... I finally caved and purchased this cult highlighter pen last week. The texture really is wonderful and it's great to have in your bag for touch ups and a quick pick-me up after a long work day.

Here's a quick video of my go-to look this month. My friend Rachel inspired me to actually do a little something with the editing :)

Products Used:

Face
Dior Nude Concealer (shades 1 and 2 mixed)
Maybelline Age Rewind (Brightener)
YSL Touche Eclat (shade 2.5)
MAC Pro Sculpt Cream (Coffee Walnut & Accentuate)

Eyes
L'Oreal Liquid Liner (Carbon Black)
Dior Brow Styler
Anastasia Clear Brow Gel

Lips
Lancome Lipliner (Bronzelle)
MAC Plushglass (Big Kiss)

  6. I found that the touché éclat was wayyy over priced (especially for us canadian girls) and that the clinique airbrush concealer is just as comparable if not slightly better than the YSL because it's easier to blend and gives slightly more coverage under the eye. That's just my 2 cents though :)

    1. I have the Clinique one too! I like that one as well - the YSL has more of a luminescence to it so it's more of a highlight whereas the Clinique is better at covering. I'm an undereye "concealer" junkie and I love both lol :D
